2 Cups Greens, whatever kind you like, with the addition of Cilantro, which is always a good idea with fish as it helps our body eliminate Mercury.
1 Tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A handful of crispy Seaweed, the snacking kind
1 Tbsp. Japanese Rice Seasoning Mix or Sesame Seeds + Poppy Seeds
Dressing:
Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice & Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus a few drops of Sesame Oil - quantities per taste.
