This Spinach & Feta Quiche is my all time favorite. A perfect addition to a brunch, picnic or potluck and so simple to make. Using freshly picked Spinach from Cottingham Farms, Thyme from my garden, and a good quality, grass fed Feta, this is perhaps the best Quiche I’ve ever had. Here’s the recipe…
